“The Office” Plays in Scranton

NBC’s “The Office” actress, writer and co-executive producer Mindy Kaling will visit Scranton, Penn., July 19 to launch “The Office” DVD Board Game and “The Office” Trivia Game by Pressman Toy and licensed by NBC Universal Television Consumer Products Group.

Kaling joins fans in the state where the Dunder Mifflin branch is located as Scranton becomes the first city to offer the new games. She will host “The Office Games,” consisting of a 2K run, beet-eating contest and trivia challenge. “The Office Games” event will raise funds for United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania, a Scranton-based charity.
