Podcast studio, Wondery, and kids and family podcast, “Wow in the World,” have announced the expansion of a first-of-its-kind consumer products program inspired by the No.1 science podcast for kids and their grown-ups. Screen-free audio company, tonies, and toy and games maker, Goliath, join makers of premium STEM toys, Thames & Kosmos, as the team brings podcast-to-play to build out the first 360-degree IP based on a podcast. 

Wondery Kids x “Wow in the World” consumer products invite kids and their grown-ups to tap into their curiosity and connect to the world around them. This fall, tonies will launch physical, screen-free audio products while Goliath will release several interactive, imaginative products across toys and games. More details on the Wondery Kids x Wow in the World products from tonies and Goliath will be unveiled this fall ahead of their retail debut.

Created by Tinkercast and hosted by renowned podcast pioneers and New York Times-bestselling children’s book authors Guy Raz and Mindy Thomas, “Wow in the World” is a beloved part of family routines, and is set to become the first kids and family podcast to deliver a 360° lifestyle franchise. “Wow in the World” strives to meet fans where they are, whether they are listening, playing, reading, attending IRL experiences, or learning at school. The launch of consumer products inspired by “Wow in the World” joins other fan engagement touchpoints for this podcast series including a New York Times-bestselling book series published by HarperCollins, a sold-out live tour that meets fans across the country, and TinkerClass, the first-of-its-kind “podject” (podcasts and projects)-based learning initiative for schools in grades K-5.
