Warner Bros. Records has made two promotions in its brand partnerships and Creative Synch Licensing team: Liz Lewis has moved to the role of vice president of adverting for Creative Synch Licensing, and Lila Gerson has been promoted to vice president of brand partnerships.

Lewis previously served as vice president of video marketing and promotion. In her new role, she will serve as WBR's liaison to the advertising agency community, focusing on the integration of front-line artists' music, as well as working with the artists, agencies and A&R teams to create custom music for specific opportunities. Gerson was previously senior director of brand partnerships.

"I've had the pleasure of working alongside the very talented Liz Lewis for many years, and I'm confident that her history with Warner Bros. Records will provide an incomparable foundation for overseeing synch licensing for advertising," says Lori Feldman, executive vice president, brand partnerships and Creative Synch Licensing, WBR, to whom both women will report. "Since joining WBR in 2013, Lila Gerson has time and again demonstrated her ability to develop innovative ideas and present a unique outlook on what a campaign can be. Both Liz and Lila are integral to the continued success of our legendary label. They consistently exceed the expectations of our artists and brand partners, and I look forward to the fresh ideas they'll bring to their new roles."
