C3 Entertainment, owner of the classic Three Stooges brand, is bringing the comedic trio back to the big screen in a new action-comedy feature film.

Sean Hayes (Larry), Chris Diamantopoulos (Moe) and Will Sasso (Curly) will reprise their roles as the Three Stooges from the 2012 film, alongside another as-yet-unnamed action star.

C3 has brought in Grand Peaks and The Exchange as its production partners on the project, and Cameron Fay (Brother in Laws) will write the script. The Exchange will also handle sales and financing of the film, while C3 will manage licensing, merchandising and promotions.

“We’re excited to be moving forward with The Exchange and Grand Peaks on the next Three Stooges movie," says Earl Benjamin, chief executive officer, C3 Entertainment. "With Sean, Chris and Will back as our Stooges and Cameron writing, this next film will be a truly unique blend of fast-paced action with the hilarious mayhem of The Three Stooges.”
